Naquia Williams

Program Coordinator

Miami native Naquia Williams is a dynamically versatile program specialist with proficiencies in the development of large integrative and technical projects. Naquia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Management from Kennesaw State University, a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Florida International University. In her previous role, she managed programs and contributed to the creation of operational and strategic plans for graduate students at the University of Miami Herbert Business School.

Naquia currently serves as the Program Coordinator for StartUP FIU Local, a program committed to supporting small business owners and helping them unlock economic growth through enriched learning programs, business support services, and access to on-demand resources. Her role extends beyond the walls of Florida International University as she directly collaborates with local communities. Naquia supports StartUP FIU Local to accelerate business growth by cultivating strategic partnerships and outreach strategies that foster and strengthen an entrepreneurial ecosystem.
