Adriana Madrinan

Adriana Madrinan is the Curriculum Associate for StartUp FIU Local.

Her focus is to create an implement training program that is tailored for entrepreneurs.  Before joining StartUP FIU Local, she was a consultant for SBDC at FIU and handled business model optimization, strategic planning, and innovation.

In addition, Adriana has facilitated and coached CEOs, senior executives and employees of small and mid-size companies in business development. She has worked for top global companies such as British Petroleum, Monsanto and Whirlpool.

In her previous role as Regional Media Director for Publicis Group, Adriana handled the Latin America accounts of companies such as Mondelez, Visa, Avon, Mead Johnson and Brown-Forman. Adriana holds a bachelor’s in industrial design, an MBA and a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications.
